A low-rise community of 120 flats with Bosphorus views. The blocks surround a shared green courtyard; every flat has a loggia with light from two sides.

Instead of a tall tower we proposed a neighbourhood of four-storey blocks. The same density is reached with lower buildings and more shared open space.
Courtyard
The blocks surround a car-free courtyard with a playground, a shared garden and places to sit; it works as the living room of the blocks. Parking is below the courtyard.
Flats
All flats are dual-aspect: they receive morning and evening sun and are naturally ventilated. Deep timber-lined loggias shade the summer sun and are used as an outdoor room. The structure is complete; handover is planned for autumn 2026.
